The Kaya App is a technology platform that enables users (“Clients”) to connect with independent partners (“Partners”) who offer blue collar services such as home repairs, cleaning, landscaping, and more.
By accessing or using the Kaya App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
(Meaning if the users do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Kaya App.)
The Kaya App is a platform through which Partners can advertise their services and Clients can identify and directly contract with Partners. The Kaya App itself does not provide any services. It merely facilitates connections between independent Partners and Clients.
Partners are independent contractors and not employees of the Kaya App or any entity operating the Kaya App. While Partners have autonomy in the provision of their services, the Kaya App reserves the right to establish guidelines or recommendations regarding the setting of rates. Additionally, the Kaya App acts as a collecting agent for the payment, serving as a security measure for the ful llment obligation of both parties. Partners remain responsible for completing service while Clients are responsible for making payments through the Kaya App’s payment system.
You agree the Kaya App will not be liable for any damages relating to your use of the Kaya App or services obtained through the Kaya App, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
All content included on the Kaya App, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Hong Bianfu Tech Group or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on the Kaya App is the exclusive property of the corporation and protected by Philippine Intellectual Property Law and other international intellectual properly laws.
We may collect personal information from you, such as your name, contact information, and payment details, to facilitate the use of our services and connect you with Partners. We may also collect usage data and device information to improve our services and provide a better user experience.
The management reserves the right to terminate your use of the Kaya App violating any of the prohibited uses.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Kaya App with prior notice, for valid reasons including but not limited to breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

The Kaya App does not control or direct Partners.
As a Client, you are responsible for reviewing Partners’ pro les, quali cations, service details, and ratings before hiring. You contract directly with Partners at your own risk. Ensure you understand the scope, pricing, and terms before agreeing to services.
All payments for services must be made through the Kaya App’s secure payment system. The Kaya App will hold payment during the service period as security for both parties’ ful llment.
The Kaya App provides no guarantees about Partners’ abilities, quali cations, or legal compliance. Use caution and your best judgment when evaluating Partners.
The Kaya App disclaims all warranties relating to services obtained through the platform.
All Kaya App content is proprietary, protected by copyright laws, and owned by the Hong Bianfu Tech Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce Kaya App content without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your Client access for any violation of these Terms or other abuse of the Kaya App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
We may modify these Client Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued Kaya App use after revisions means you accept the new Terms.
